Practical information:
Check-in/Check-out
- Check-in is scheduled between 4pm and 7pm by the host. Possibility to arrive later but independently.
- Check-out is requested by 10am.
Breakfast
- Breakfast is delivered between 8am and 8:30am unless any other request is made at least the day before.
- Collection of the breakfast basket at 10am in front of the room door.
Bike/Motorbike Garage
a 40 m² garage is available on request with the possibility to securely store motorbikes and bikes, and where repair tools are at your disposal.
Kitchen equipment
When we say guest room, we mean renting a room in a home with breakfast included. The use of the kitchen is not part of the basic concept of the guest room.
However, a combined fridge (with freezer compartment) is available for everyone. As well as a microwave.
Payment and cancellation
- 30% of the amount upon confirmation.
- Balance on arrival by card or cash. Or prior bank transfer.
- cancellation 14 days or more before stay = refund
- cancellation less than 14 days before the stay = no refund of the deposit.
Security
In addition, an alarm for the pool is installed to minimise accidents with children.
